The National Seminar on Shipbuilding and Maritime Industrial Development was successfully held in Bhubaneswar on 5–6 December 2025, bringing together experts, industry leaders and policymakers for meaningful discussions on the future of India’s maritime sector.

The seminar focused on key areas including shipbuilding, maritime technologies and inland waterways development, providing a valuable platform for knowledge sharing and collaboration. The Institution of Naval Architects (INA) was proud to contribute to this collaborative initiative aimed at advancing India’s shipbuilding and maritime industrial development.
