INA Kochi Chapter – Meeting Highlights (17 Feb 2026)

The INA Kochi Chapter met at CUSAT with 46 members attending. New office bearers were appointed, followed by updates from INA President Dr. Manu Korulla.

Key discussions focused on AI adoption in shipbuilding—covering data security, engineering workflows, and regulatory tools—and on developing maritime ancillary industries in Kochi, including policy impacts, MSME challenges, and shipyard–vendor collaboration.

The meeting reinforced the need for digital readiness, policy awareness, and stronger industry partnerships.
